How do I order?
A: All orders can be placed via the website or by messaging your order to our business page messenger.
How long does it take to receive an order?
A: Orders are shipped in approximately 7-9 business days. In some cases it may take longer depending on the order.
What if I have an issue with my order?
A: If there is an issue with your order please send the issue along with a copy of the packing slip to the like page messenger. Any issues that are less than three shirts will be refunded. Replacements will not be issued until return tracking of the merchandise is received by customer service. Return shipping will be refunded once the merchandise is returned.
Shirts are printed as orders are placed. All sales are final. There are no cancellations or refunds on orders.
What if I need a custom order?
A: Custom art must be approved by Jacob. Please allow at least 14 days for custom order shipment.
It is your responsibility to review your invoice. Please let us know if any changes need to be made prior to paying.
Ink Color does not change. Art can not be modified.
Once an order is paid, items cannot be added and changes cannot be made.
Please review and let us know of any issues with your order within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for a replacement.
All invoices must be paid in 24 hours all sales are final.
