How do I order?
- All orders can be placed via the website. If you can't find a listing on the website please email us at orders@dockerycorp.com and we will either create an invoice or create a listing for you. Only email your order if you can not order it on the website.
How long does it take to receive an order?
- TAT is dependent on what products are ordered and In some cases it may take longer. Please feel free to reach out to the support@dockerycorp.com email to get updated TAT times.
What if I have an issue with my order?
- If there is an issue with your order please send the issue along with pictures of the products and the barcode attached to the shirt to the support@dockerycorp.com. Any issues that are three or less products will be credited. Replacements will not be issued until return tracking of the merchandise is received by customer service. We do not cover shipping for orders that have been credited and we do not offer refunds.
- We do not refund items that are returned to us because they do not meet your expectations but have passed our quality control and match the mock up/lay flat.
- You have 48 hours upon arrival of your order to reach out with a concern on your order
What if I don't have a shirt's barcode or I can't provide a picture of the product?
- If a picture of either the product or the barcode can't be be provided then that will have an affect on what we can do to fix the order issue. Please contact us with the issue at support@dockerycorp.com so we can see what we can do. However, we make no promises we can resolve the issue without the proper information we need on our end.
What if I placed an order and realized after paying the order that I made a mistake on the order?
- Products are entered into our system as orders are placed. Once an order is paid, items cannot be added and changes cannot be made. You are free to reach out to the support@dockerycorp.com email to see if a change can be made but if we are unable to do so we are not responsible for it.
What if I placed an order and realized after receiving the order that I made a mistake on the order?
- Products are entered into our system as orders are placed. If you placed an order you are responsible for ensuring that everything on the order is correct before paying for the order. We will not replace products that were ordered incorrectly.
What if I need a custom order?
- Custom art must be approved by the art department. Please allow at least 24-48 hours to receive the art back. You can reach them at orders@dockerycorp.com
- It is your responsibility to review your invoice. Please let us know if any changes need to be made prior to paying.
- Ink Color does not change based on the color of the shirt chosen. Art will not be modified.
- Once an order is paid, items cannot be added and changes cannot be made.
- Please review and let us know of any issues with your order within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for a replacement.
How is my item shipped?
- Items are shipped through USPS, FedEx, or UPS. You will receive a tracking number upon shipping
How long does my item take to ship?
- TAT is dependent on what products are ordered. As for shipping time it normally takes 3-10 days for items to arrive once shipped. Once an order is shipped we are not responsible for lost or late orders.
I'm trying to use a website sale code and apply a store credit to my order but it's not working.
- We only allow one coupon to be added to each order. You will have to choose one to checkout.
