How long does it take to receive an order?
A: Orders are shipped within seven business days. In some cases it may take longer depending on the order.
What if I have an issue with my order?
A: If there is an issue with your order please send the issue along with a copy of the packing slip to the like page messenger. Any issues that are less than three shirts will be refunded. Replacements will not be issued until return tracking of the merchandise is received by customer service. Return shipping will be refunded once the merchandise is returned.
We do not refund items that are returned to us because they do not meet your expectations but passed our quality control and match the mock up/lay flat.
You have 48 hours upon arrival of your order to reach out with a concern on your order
Shirts are printed as orders are placed.
What if I need a custom order?
A: Custom art must be approved by the art department. Please allow at least 24-48 hours to receive the art back.
It is your responsibility to review your invoice. Please let us know if any changes need to be made prior to paying.
Ink Color does not change. Art can not be modified.
Once an order is paid, items cannot be added and changes cannot be made.
Please review and let us know of any issues with your order within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for a replacement.
Please note if ordered product or brand is not available we will substitute for similar product or brand
All invoices must be paid in 24 hours all sales are final.

To maintain the vibrancy and longevity of your transfers, we recommend turning the shirts inside out before washing, using cold water, and avoiding harsh detergents or bleach.
